Ziegler, of the aforesaid County and State, being of sound mind, but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence, and desiring to dispose of such property and effects … in the manner hereinafter stated, do make and declare this my last will and testament … to my beloved wife, Emma R. P. Ziegler.
