“p. 73.  13 March 1840..  I, John Whitaker, Senior. being sick & weak in body but of perfect mind & memory.  I give to Milly my beloved wife all the property that I possess during her natural life, also I give unto my beloved son John my land and working tools, the household furniture I want divided among my three dtrs.
I ordain and appoint my son John executor.
Wit; John Shroat, Jurat, F.M. Wilson..

Proved in open court
on oath of John Shroat in the Feb. term 1841..”
