I, W. C. Stradley, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do make this my last will and testament in manner and form as follows: that is to say: …I have a profitable grocery business with R. H. Luther as manager …to my wife, Ruth E. Stanley [sic] …appoint J. H. Tucker, J. C. Martin, C. S. Davis.
In witness whereof, I, the said W. C. Stradley do hereunto set my hand and seal, this the 13th day of September 1904.
