The NEW Gift  Certificates are now available in the bookstore.

 The Bookstore has new items for sale: The 1900 Madison County Census and the Yancey County 1913-1914 Death Certificates; Henderson County Estate Records; Until He Is Dead (see bookstore for details on this book)

  The Messer and Rice Family Reunions have been added tothe family reunion page on the website.

 The Annual Fall Workshop (this year's topic: Cherokee Research) has been added to the website.

 The OBCGS Calender of Events has been updated.
 

If you have submitted information for the website (including but not limited to queries, names for the searching & sharing pages, etc) within the last 60 days, and have not seen them added to the website, please resubmit.  A computer crash caused a large volume of information loss.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

  If you are a regular visitor, What'sNu? will keep you updated so you do not necessarily have to browse for new info.  But, of course, you are always welcome to do so!
