Surplus Book Auction

OBCGS Surplus Book Sale List for October/November 2009

Guidelines: The silent auction of the following books will start Saturday, September 26, 2009 and will end Saturday, ~~October 31, 2009~~ Auction extended til November 14, 2009. At this time all bids will be opened and the books awarded to the highest bidder. Should there be duplicate bids for the same item we will determine the winner based on the earliest date and time it was submitted. After ~~October 31^st~~ November 14 we will place the remaining books on line to sell in our Ebay bookstore.

Bids may be submitted in writing by email, postal mail, or FAX. Postal address is OBCGS, PO Box 2122, Asheville, NC 28802. Email address is obcgs@bellsouth.net. FAX number is (828) 253-7022. All entries should include the following information: your name, postal address, email address (if available), title of the book including volume, your bid, as well as the date and time of your entry.

Notification of winning bids will include the cost of the book and postage when applicable. Books will be mailed upon receipt of payment or will be available to be picked up at the library. NOTE: Books will be available for preview at the library during the time of the sale. Books should be claimed within 30 days of notification of your winning bid.
