using the following format:

• Please put the word "Query" in the subject line

• Please put your surnames (and only your surnames) in capital letters (queries received with the entire query in capital letters experience a delay in posting.)

• Please give at least your first name. You may also include your last name.  Your name will be linked to your e-mail address so that you will receive responses via e-mail.

• No telephone numbers or physical addresses will be posted (this is for your protection and privacy.)

• Please include dates or time span/era.
